Zombie Farm iPhone Review

Tired of killing zombies? Try farming them!

Farm, grow and harvest your very own zombie farm! Pick up your plow and choose from a rich selection of crops and corpse to plant and harvest in this quirky farming game. Then fight zombie prejudice by unleashing your horde of lovable living-dead on the neighbors!

Zombie Farm is a fun  game for the iPhone that allows you to grow your own zombies in farm style fashion, and then use them to invade various farms.  What’s unique about this game is you don’t kill people to get your zombies, you grow them from the ground.

Zombie Farm is a fun game for those who enjoy zombies and Facebook style games like Farmville.  You’re given the opportunity to plant a variety of zombies for your army so you can invade farms.  Aside from regular zombies, you can plant Flower Zombies, Girl Zombies, Headless Zombies, Garden Zombies and many more as you progress through the game.

To help fund your zombie growing fetish, you can grow crops to get gold to help pay for more zombies, more platns, and other items to place around your farm to help you in your undead take-overs.

The biggest flaw I’ve found in the game is that Zombie Farm has tended to crash when I try invading farms.  I’ve gone through an entire invasion process, and after I’ve won, the game crashes and takes me back out to the iPhone menu.  I’ll then go back into the game and find that not only has the game reset itself back to befoe the invasion, but I’ll have to wait a couple hours before I can invade again.

Luckily though, the last couple days I’ve been playing, I haven’t had any trouble with this issue, but I save all the time before I invade.  You’ll never know.

Aside from that occasional crashing, I think Zombie Farm is a great game, especially for free on the App Store.  Take the time to check it out.  Hopefully they’ll patch the game soon to help combat the crashing problem.
